Had an urgent need to replace my attic water heater after discovering it was leaking Monday evening. I called JD Precious and they were able to get plumbers out first thing Tuesday morning. They checked things out and offered an array of options between 10K for tankless to over $3500 to replace my 50 gallon unit. Even with today’s inflated prices I was stunned but felt compelled to just get it done. The guys were great. The day heated up and the attic got hot but they were friendly, professional, and worked tirelessly. They are a credit to their profession.

Upon arrival I was brought to the kitchen of the home. Water was dripping from the ceiling across the kitchen ceiling. I then went upstairs to the bathroom just above the wet area. The customer stated that the water was coming from the toilet and they had the water turned off. Upon further inspection I found that the plastic supply line on the toilet had busted at the plastic nut on the fill valve and this was the cause of the flood. I inspected the rest of the bathrooms in the home and found this style of supply line of each of the toilets in the home. We recommend changing out the supply lines from plastic to stainless steel. I started by removing the old supply line from the angle stops and removing the busted plastic nut from the fill valve. I then added a new stainless steel supply, line to the toilet and tightened it down. From there I was able to turn on the water to the toilet to test and check for leaks. No leaks were found so I was able to clean up my mess. There is a 90 day

Performed whole house plumbing inspection. Upstairs bathrooms on right side of home have shut off valves with built in corrugated supply lines. Most are frozen and may leak when tampered with and one of the lavatories has a leak from pop up assembly and has a crack. Upstairs bar sink also has a leak from drain when used. Both tank water heaters in attic need a new t&p drain line ran. Bradford white water heater in pull down attic is leaking and will need to be replaced. Was able to confirm that this is not a permitted area. All estimates will be emailed per customer’s request. Did not find clean out.

Services due to JD select I started my evaluation at the water heaters located in the attic one is on the left side of the home and one is on the right side of the home. After inspecting the water heaters, I then do the rest of the home evaluation. Finding that all angle stops and supply lines. Supply lines are. Old plastic style. And the angle stops are multiturn. I found that multiple emergency shut off valve angle stops would not turn throughout the entire house. I gave estimates on recommendations to change. I also found two toilets upstairs that are in need of being major rebuilds did walk around home. I then did a camera inspection of the sewer line. I found that on the outside is an outdoor shower. That leaks In the wall when you turn it on. I left estimates regarding all concerns I flushed both tank style water heaters that are located in the attic. One for the master side and one for the kitchen utility side. I flushed both tanks for 20 minutes getting debris and sediment o

Arrived to job to discover customer concerns regarding their kitchen ceiling having water staining on it. Our evaluation discovered that the tub was heavily leaking from the overflow causing major water damage. Our evaluation also found a very old shower valve we recommend replacing do to be and a small stain under the toilet in the kitchen that we could get to leak but recommend pulling and resetting as a preventative measure. All work will be completed in the upstairs guest bathroom. This price will include replacing the tub waste and overflow baskets and install new brush trim, we will also replace the old shower valve and install a new moen shower valve with a brushed finished. After completing this we will pull and reset the toilet. This install we come with a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Sheetrock will need to be cut, price does not include repairs but a contact can be provided.

4-23-24 Upon arrival the customer showed me the kitchen faucet that they wanted to have installed. They also wanted two bidets installed but we ended up only doing the kitchen faucet today. I pulled out the old kitchen faucet and installed the new customer supplied kitchen faucet with side sprayer. The old faucet and the new one are the same brand and model. They are also the same color so they look identical but the old one was leaking and that is why they wanted it replaced. After I installed the new one I turned the angle stops back on and tested the faucet. I also checked underneath the sink for leaks. There was no leaks and the faucet works as it should. The customer had a coupon that he received in the mail for $50 off any repair above $299 and used that coupon today 90 day warranty on work preformed.
