Toilet running. Push button style do not have parts available. Will reach out to customer Monday. Shut off water to toilet for now. Water heater was found to have bad gas control valve and dripping relief valve. Condensate blockages at both AC units, Dripping faucet in master. I damaged an uponor angle stop so need to return Monday as well. Returned Monday and gave estimates for repair and replacement. Also repaired angle stop at half bath. Whole home evaluation was performed without photos.
Called out due to garbage disposal not working at all. The homeowner brought me to the kitchen sink and stated the neighbor’s husband tried to fix the issue but was not successful. I pressed the reset button and the garbage disposal came on. The garbage disposal was rusty in the inside and is 15yrs old. Homeowner request we replace the garbage disposal.
Arrived on Monday, September 25th due too the customers master bathroom lavatory faucets filling up slowly with water, they had a soft stoppage due to an algea build up from the ac condensation. We will cable the line from the attic too the stoppage and ensure proper drainage from both sinks. We cleaned up our mess and ensured no leaks. There are no warranties on a lavatory stoppage due too the home being built in the 1980s, over time a lot of build up of algea can form within the pipes and the best way to properly clean the is with a hydro jet.
Service is due to leak in yard. Upon arrival customer shows me to the areas of concern. Customer has had noticed a wet spot. Running across the sidewalk. And says it has been there for a while. Customer sprinkler system is turned off. I’ll check the meter to see what kind of leak I was dealing with. Was showing a .38 to .40 and then walked over and shut the valve off at the house for the sprinkler. I noticed that the ball valve was spray out when turning the handle to shut off. And then check the meter again and meter zeroed out so I walked over sprinkler head and all three wet areas of the yard. I turn the sprinkler valve back on and check the valve boxes in the ground for the zones. You could hear water hissing through one of the valves. This control valve will need to be changed by sprinkler guy. And then made customer aware that we could do a full home assessment while we are here and check the plumbing and the rest of the home. Customer was not concerned. Did want me to check. Th
Hall bath toilet was constantly running. Replaced fill valve and flapper with. Turned water back and flushed toilet numerous times to insure no leaks. 90 day warranty
