Replace downstairs moen lavatory cartridges to stop a widespread, moen faucet from dripping in a downstairs half bath. There is a 90 day warranty on these parts and install considering that there is no filtration or softening system on this home. I also removed the upstairs, master shower grid strainer to clear a stoppage on this drain. There is hair catcher was clogged and needed cleared. There is no warranty on any stoppages. I also replaced the pop up assemble for leak on downstairs guest bathroom lavatory drain. There is hair pop up was rusted and leaking. I replaced with a chrome pop up assembly. This will have a 90 day warranty on parts and install.

Call customer was experiencing backups in master bathroom upon testing water. It appeared to be the whole home that was backing up. Ran cable from clean out behind master bathroom was unable to clear clog. Ran cable from outside cleanout located in front right side of the house cleared blockage at roughly 30 to 40 feet pulled nothing back the line drains. No warranty on drain cleaning

Called out due to washer hose bibs not working properly. The homeowner brought me to the laundry room where they just purchased new washer and dryer. The homeowner stayed in the person installing the washing machine was unable to replace the hoses due to the hose bib will not turn off properly. I cut open the sheet rock to gain better access to the waterline in the wall. I replaced the two washer hose bibs. I test for any leaks. No leaks found job completed. Jd Precision Plumbing will provide a 90 day warranty for parts and labor.

Customer explain that the toilet we installed is not working properly. This toilet is located upstairs. And the history of our notes, there is a picture of a fitting that should not be used for this toilet, and there is also a belly occurring from the toilet fitting to the back of the lavatory in that upstairs bathroom. We explained that we need to reconfigure the sewer lines, so the toilet line and the lavatory line are separate from each other in our properly home to the specific fall so that sewer can flow correctly. We opened up the sheet rock in both the kitchen and the master bedroom downstairs. We located the sewer line on the vertical stack going from the slab to the second story and we reconfigured the shower and added a new line for the faucet in the upstairs bathroom. We installed metal riser clamps to a 2 x 4 that connects to the subfloor and it is properly mounted so that the PVC could be held every 3 feet so overtime it does not cause a sag. Arrived at job to jet out the sewer main and customer wanted a membership with us so we pulled cleanout ran camara and jetted all was perfect for complete sewer system no work was done except for jetting so their is no warranty on jet service
