Call customer showed me to hallway bathroom where toilet was not flushing properly after running multiple tests. I confirm that it was just the toilet backing up. It seemed like something was stuck inside the toilet toilet so I pulled the toilet in order to remove for an object after removing for an object, I discovered it was a fork While the toilet was off. I ran a camera through the main sewer line. There is a heavy buildup inside the line, as well as at the end of the line there is a crack in the pipe. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Upon arrival the customer brought me inside the home and explained they are having issues with the water heater and are having sediment come though. After investigating I found there is a softener but it is not worming properly and there is still a presence of hard water which is building up in the water heater. I recommended installing a new softener system as well as doing a good cleaning the the water heater. The customer would just like me to clean the heater and replace the anode rod for now. On arrival I was led to the garage where I was shown a water leak at the softener area. While looking around I found that the cause of the leaking was due to the main copper inlet to the home pushing up around the slab. We due and made new main inlet but running copper up and through the brick. We also added new main valve in garage and new hose bib on softener. 1yr warranty.

For this call customer complain we that the toilet was leaking at the base in the hallway bathroom upon flushing toilet water was seeping up from flange bolts, I pull the toilet in order to replace wax ring I also installed new angle stop to toilet as the old one was corroded. After resetting the toilet I flushed it multiple times to ensure no leaks were detected. 60 day parts and labor warranty.

Called out due to Backflow preventer leaking. The homeowner stated she had on of her neighbor over to turn on the Backflow preventer for the irrigation system and they noticed the valve was leaking. The valve for the irrigation system is cracked possibly from freezing. I replaced the 1” Backflow preventer. I test for any leaks. No leaks found. Job completed. Jd precision plumbing will provide a 90 day warranty for parts and labor.

Arrived to the home where the customer is experiencing Luke warm temperatures throughout the home, we turned the valves off to the tankless and found that there is a cross connection throughout the home. We located the cross connection at the new shower valve that was installed upstairs. There will be cartridge was not installed and the valves were no turned in the off position. We turned the valves off at the shower valve and the hot water returned. No warranties.

For this job customer show me backed up sewer line i proceeded to cable it out from clean out under porch I got the line draining however there was a heavy build up in the line so we ran a hydro jetter through the line multiple times flushing out the build up, I ran the camera the line is clean and draining there is a belly in the line that the customer is aware of. No warranty on drain cleaning.

On arrival I was shown to the laundry room where I was told that when the washer machine drains it back p and run out of the washer box. We started with running a camera in a nearby cleanout in the brick. When I ran the camera nothing was clear and visible in the pipe due to high grease build up, we then scheduled the jetting to clean the drain. Once the jetting was done we inspected the sewer line again we found a small belly in the pipe on the main line about 10ft in under the home. But kitchen and laundry line are now fully clear and drain perfectly.

On arrival I met with Mr bill and he told me her wanted his water heater flushed today I evaluated heater to make sure there weren’t and immediate problems with it. While presenting options on water heaters services I explained the benefits of our annual service plan. Mr William selected our three year service plan. During inspection I found multiple items of concern. The supply lines in the home need to be upgraded and the anode in he water heater needs to be replaced. None of these items were accepted for repairs at this time. No warranty on water heater flush.

Arrived to be shown to the meter box in the front yard under the tree where customer had already dug up the leaking section. The break was at a sch40 male adaptor. This happened because of the ground and root movement. Customer chose to go with a pvc repair option cut out the leaking section and installed a new meter coupling,brass coupling and sch80 male adaptor connected to the pvc feed line. Returned water to the home and bled the lines through the hose bibs. Made customer aware we are not responsible for any clogging issues that could happen because of the break in the yard. Tested all, no leaks 1 year warranty

Water heater flush x 1 No warranty I arrived at the customers home for the annual JD select home inspection and water heater flush. I was met at the door by the homeowner, she then led me inside, and we began our inspection in the kitchen. We checked the entirety of the plumbing system in this area, we then repeated the process in all of the downstairs restrooms. Throughout my inspection, I found a total of three multiturn style shut off valves that were original to the home, there was one underneath the kitchen sink, and two underneath the lavatory in the master bathroom. I also found that the three toilets in the home appeared to be rocking and the toilet located in the kids bathroom had moisture around the base, I also noticed that shower handle in the same bathroom is starting to be stiff and I recommend that the cartridge to be replaced behind that, also the lavatory faucet itself had a stiff right side handle with a good bit of corrosion on the outside, I’m also recommending re

Arrived to the home where the customer brought me to their upstairs attic where the tankless is located. We flushed the tankless for approximately 30 minutes and ensured a proper flush. We performed a camera inspection and found that the sewer line looks in great condition. Toilets are in great condition. Faucets are in great condition. Filters are new. Bathtub and shower are in working order. No warranties on tankless flush.

For this job, I performed a whole home inspection. I started by flushing out water heaters in the attic. Both water heaters are nine years old. I also informed customers that there is some issues with water heaters recommended replacing water heaters. This task will cover the replacement and re work of pvc with new bolts and gaskets. Lid will have to be ordered once estimate is accepted. ETA on part arrival will be given when the part is ordered. Today we arrived with the new parts ordered. We began by removing and deep cleaning the old lid anchor bolts. Due to poor prior repair, not done by JD Precision, some bolts were snapped off into anchors, but we were able to remove and repair them. Conduit was then hard piped and hard wired into jump box. The only part reused from the original lid was the vent stand pipe. Pump vent and discharge line were piped back into place. Pump was then tested and backfilled 90 day warranty

Home has 5 NatGas fixtures Tankless garage Fireplace Stove Dryer HVAC 2nd floor attic (2 openings) Total of 6 openings/ fixtures System will be isolated at the fixtures Pressure test rig will be temporarily installed at the NatGas Meter System will be pressured to 3x times working pressure and watched for an hour to verify if or if there isn’t a leak in the Natural Gas distribution system. No warranty offered on this task Any repairs that are required would have to be evaluated and a options will be created at that time Natural Gas meter was disconnected and Pressure test gauge was installed.
