On arrival I was led to the kitchen by a young man named Evan where I met Mrs Jo. I had Mrs Jo and Mr Evan walk me through what happened with the disposal, they told it suddenly stopped running and would only make a humming noise, when I filled the switch for the disposal nothing happened, no sound at all. I noticed that the electrical safety button was activated, I pushed it to allow for power to go to the disposal and when I flipped the switch again it started to hum but not run. Upon further evaluation I saw that it leaked pretty bed in the past or was currently leaking and very rusted at the bracket. At this point I presented options and a replacement was selected. We installed a new 1/3 hp garbage disposal to resolve the problem of the disposal. 90 day warranty.

Upon arrival I was brought to the front yard of the home. The customer stated that there was a leak in the ground and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I found that there was bubbling coming up on the hill and this was likely the source of the leak. We can either replace the line or make a repair. The customer elected to repair for today so I shut off the water to the home and drained the system. I dug down and found that there was a split 45 that was the leak source. I cut out the 45 and went back with 90s for the repair. I cut new pipe and added the new fittings into the ground. We waited 20 minutes to ensure the glue dried before turning on the water to test and check for leaks. No leaks were found so I backfilled the hole. There is a 90 day warranty on labor.

Called out for a leaking hose Bibb. Upon arrival, checked in with the customer. Customer showed us to the left side of the house where the problematic hose Bibb was located. Customer stated that he attempted to tighten it all the way and it continued to leak water. Continued by creating options per the work that needed to be done. Ask the customer if they would like for us to do a home inspection to verify everything else was in working order. Customer denied. Customer approved for the hose bib replacement. Continued by shutting off the water to the home. Once off, we continued by draining the system to make the replacement. Once the system was drained we removed the existing hose Bibb and installed a new hose Bibb with a vacuum breaker. Once the replacement was made, we continued by restoring water to the home and verifying that no leaks were left within the system. Verified that everything was left in proper working order. Kitchen sink stoppage clean out underneath the sink . Recommend to cable the drain to clear the blockage from. Cable the drain from the clear to unstop the line and came back with nothing on the cable . Ran the cable 75 feet to make the line was unstop. While the cable was running we were wble to run water to make sure it was cleared. There a 30 day warranty on the stoppage

I arrived on Sunday June 1st, 2025. Customer experienced constant water flow coming out of their shower upstairs on the right side of the home. The shower valve was moen, we installed a new cartridge and ensured no leaks afterwards. We then tightened up the kholer toilet next to the shower as well as fixed their moen handle from spinning all the way around to spinning where it is functioned to. We noticed in that same sink that there was a blockage occurring we let the customer know and recommend too remediate it soon. 90 day parts and labor warranty on the work performed.

Arrived at job homeowner met me at the home and let me inside had issues with disposal not working and dishwasher not draining wage so first thing I noticed when I opened cabinet was dish washer was somehow unplugged then found disposal switch and went to turn on and the unit was tripped so I reset and disposal worked then all was draining good and turned on dishwasher and all drained now so everything was happening all because the disposal was tripped and needed to be reset do to the grinder not working it clogged that side of the drain up so charged for a diagnostic only no warranty

Today was a revisit to install a free ball valve on the vacuum breaker due to one being installed previously and leaking at the handle. Water was cut off to the home for a short amount of time and the new bulb valve was installed however, during testing of vacuum breaker, discovered that the vacuum breaker itself was busted and need a replacement due to this being the third time replacing with the amount quoted, we would redo the entire set up along with provided insulated bag to help fight the extreme weather even further. The estimate was approved and work began all the hardware was cut out except the new ball valve that was installed new schedule 40 pipe and schedule 80 fittings were used and brand new 1 inch vacuum breaker was installed. Once complete testing of the joints and the vacuum breaker were leak free. The vacuum breaker repair will have a one year warranty. The hose bib drain down port along with the valve will not have any warranty whatsoever going on for the future. The

Homeowner called us out for a bathtub that was constantly dripping along with the previous issue of an outside shut off valve on the backflow that is leaking. Upon arrival greeted the homeowner and was shown to the bathroom in question. Located on the second floor to the left of the stairs was a shower/tub combo. The bathtub was constantly dripping, even when fully shut off indicating that the cartridge on the inside of the valve was beginning to fail. Addressing that issue, we do have parts on the van. Regarding the leaking valve on the outside on the vacuum breaker was a ball valve made of PVC that was put in by previous technician for free to help with the winter freezes and keep it from busting, however, this valve is now leak leaking, and the homeowner would like it replaced. Due to this being a free valve, I would not be able to replace it immediately. I offered options and agreed to have a replaced on Friday on February 28 in order to get prior jobs scheduled throughout the week

Today was the homeowners annual whole home plumbing evaluation. Upon arrival greeted the homeowner and began with a small town of the house to know here all the plumbing related items were. Before the inspection she’s relayed two concerns one being a slow kitchen drain and the other a leaking valve we installed in the past. Begging with the inside inspection I found a major concern regarding the angle shut off valves for the sinks and toilets. These are plastic multi turns and are starting to develop and show signs of heavy corrosion and are starting to allow the corrosion to spread to the surrounding hardware, would recommend replacing all the valves. Moving to the kitchen sink the ptrap was inspected and found to be unclogged indicating that the slow drain is going to be related to the sewer line in the ground which will need a cabling or hydro jetting to clean it and keep it clog free. Transitioned outside and inspected hose bibs and the vaccumm breaker where the leaking valve was.

We will install a shut off valve for the pex manifold. We will hard pipe the water heater with copper getting rid of the corroded waterline. We will reconnect the temperature and pressure release valve drain. We will set the exhaust vent on the water heater properly. We will install a new fill valve for the toilet in the hallway bathroom. We will test for any leaks. JD precision plumbing will provide a one-year warranty for parts and labor. I install new ball valve for the manifold and the water heater. I also replaced the flex lines at the water heater. I reconnected the drain line for the temperature and pressure release valve at the water heater. I test for any leaks no leaks found job completed. JD precision plumbing will provide a one year warranty.

Called out due to toilet backing up. The homeowner brought me to the master bathroom where the toilet is backing up. She stated she’s been trying to get it unstop within the past four days. She also stated the toilet handle broke. I explained to the homeowner. The toilet gaskets are warped and deteriorating. I recommend getting them replaced before any leak happens. I augured the toilet in the master bathroom and cleared the stoppage. I replaced the toilet handle only. Toilet is draining properly at this time. Job completed. 10/10/2024 We were called out in regards to a tub in the hall bath to the left upon entering the home. It was running constantly after homeowner had ran the tub, when we arrived and investigated the issue it was rather apparent that the handle had broken and had quite a lot of calcium hard water build up. There was in fact corrosion all over the valve as well, multiple recommendations were made. However homeowner decided to have the trim replaced as opposed to additionally replacing the cartridge or a full replacement. We changed out the trim and resealed everything, tested for leaks without issues. 30 day warranty

Tenant called us out because the water heater was not providing hot water. Upon arrival was brought to the garage where the water heater sits on the stand stand in the corner. Visual inspection was in great condition. Water lines or pics and had a shut off valve leading to the water heater for future service or swap out. On the side of it, there was a red top valve along with sediment trap to prevent any dirt or debris from entering the gas valve. Homeowner opted for a relight of the water heater which offers no warranty. Before lighting the heater this was a new house that the tenant had just moved in both of their knowledge they have no recollection of the water heater being on. Remove the gas flex line and the air out of the system. Reconnected it and tightened with full gas pressure on. Then attempted to relight the heater and it was successful.
