Upon arrival I was brought to the master bathroom of the home. The customer stated that the valve by the toilet had been leaking and wasn’t sure why. I felt under the valve and found water where it meets the nipple. We will need to replace the valve to solve the issue as I believe the seal has gone bad. We shut off the water to the home and drained the system. We replaced the shut off valve and added a new supply line for the toilet. We turned the water back on to the home to check and test for leak. No leaks were found so we were able to clean up our mess. There is a 90 day warranty on labor.

On arrival I met homeowner at back door. She led me directly to the kitchen, where she showed me that the original kitchen faucet was very loose against the countertop and was not standing straight at all in any way we presented option to replace her customer supplied kitchen faucet showed her the option with our annual service plan. She declined the annual service plan, but elected to accept the installation of her supplied faucet. We installed the new faucet with no issues, during the process of turning the water off to the faucet, we found that the hot side angle stop leaks in the off position. After functioning The angle stopped back-and-forth about 10 to 15 times. It finally stopped leaking. I urge homeowners to replace the leaking angle stop, they elected not to. We continued on with the install installation and returning water to the new faucet and also instructed the homeowner how to use new kitchen faucet. No warranty.

On 7-25-25 I arrived on site with customs primary concern being her kitchen faucet was dripping. Customer did not want me looking at anything else other than her faucet. Options were built and presented. Customer agreed on replacing the kitchen faucet and her supplying it. We will arrive back on site Monday to install new kitchen faucet, as well as replacing angle stops. On 8-1-25 I arrived on site to install a customer provided kitchen faucet. We begin work by shutting the water off at the well, and draining the house down. We disconnected the waterlines from the kitchen faucet and replaced the angle stops. We installed new supply lines to the new faucet. After work was complete we turned the water back on at the house and pressure up the system. We checked for leaks and everything was good to go. Customer was happy with overall product 30 day warranty on labor.

Arrived to customers home on 4-21-25 to be shown to the Branford white water heater in the garage that the pilot is off on. I first started to attempt to light water heater unit was able to light. Upon further investigation I found that the draft diverter and vent are crooked and this will cause improper operation of the venting system. I then had a roofer out with me to un seal the roof vent raise it and re-seal the vent in the proper location. Tested everything working properly No warranty on re-light 90 day warranty on vent work

Called out due to toilet leaking. The homeowner stated they had to turn the water back off after returning home due to toilet upstairs is leaking from the shut off valve. I went ahead and checked the other toilet down stairs. The gaskets were in bad shape and the shut off valve was corroded. I replaced the upstairs shut off valve and supply line for the toilet. I replaced the fill valve and flapper for the same toilet. The lavatory faucet in the same bathroom upstairs is leaking through the base due to it being corroded. Homeowner is aware. I performed a major toilet rebuild for your downstairs guest bathroom toilet. I replaced the shut off valve and supply line. We supplied a lavatory faucet for the upstairs bathroom. I installed it together when you shut off valves. I test for any leaks. No leaks found job completed. Jd Precision Plumbing will provide a one-year warranty for parts and labor.

We will replace a 50 gallon tall Propane water heater in the attic with a new 50 gallon tall Propane Rheem Pro water heater with a fully backed 8 year warranty contingent on yearly services being completed. This is do to the old age of the water heater. We will replace the shut off valve with a new ballvalve and add two new brass flexes to the water heater. We will also add a gas flex and a new sediment trap for the new gas control valve. After pulling thre old heater out we will also replace the pan with a 1 inch drain line with a brand new pan for the new heater. After we are finished we will have a liscended roofer come out to re-seal and paint the vent and flashing on the roof do to the new water heater being taller and pushing the venting up further. Upon arrival I was brought to the right hand side of the home. The customer stated that someone had used the hose bib and broke it off from the copper pipe that was holding. The shut off valve to the home is below it and is a gate valve. We recommend replacing this valve. We will need to rework the water line to solve this issue. The water was already off to the home so I cut out the old tee and cleaned the old copper. I went back with a coupling, a new tee, a new male adapter and a new hose bib. I connected the new pipe to the new fittings and pro pressed them together. I added the new hose bib and added a vacuum breaker. After that I was able to turn the water on to the home to check and test for leaks. No leaks were found so I was able to clean up my mess. There is a 90 days warranty on labor.

Called out to install kitchen faucet. The homeowner bought a sensor faucet and would like for us to install it. Home is newly built. I educated the homeowner about filtering water. Homeowner request we install the water filtration system. I uninstall the old kitchen faucet and dispose of it. And I installed the customer supplied goose in the kitchen faucet. We will return Monday to install the filters. I installed the 3 stage water filter system. I test for any leaks. No leaks found. Job completed. JD precision plumbing will provide a one year warranty for the filter installation. 90 day warranty for installation of the kitchen faucet only.

I arrived at the customers home for the promotional water heater flush offered by JD Precision. I did a partial home assessment with the homeowner to address a few of his concerns, one of them being the bathroom faucet in the master was leaking on the hot and cold side. With this being in mind, we went ahead and returned to the water heater located in the kitchen and flushed it out. I let this water heater flush and drain for approximately 15 minutes then turn the water back onto the unit and disconnected my hose. After this was completed, I went ahead and wrote the homeowner up a few different options. He wanted to do the one year JD select membership and then upon arrival next year he will determine whether or not he wants to renew this membership. I wrote the homeowner up an option to have this lavatory faucet swapped out as well. And he will go purchase one and then reach out to us when he has the new faucet. I arrived at the customers home to address a ceiling leak that has been caused by the use of shark bite fittings in the freeze of 2020, these fittings were OK until the most recent freeze happened and he noticed wet spots on the ceiling, they got progressively worse. After opening up the ceiling, I found the shark bites that he was talking about and due to this being his only concern for today’s visit. I went ahead and wrote him up a few options to get this taken care of and he wanted to go ahead and move forward with it. I started by cutting out the section of pipe that had the shark bite fittings used, I then installed two solder, copper couplings, and a new section of pipe. After we made the new connections, we tested for leaks and found none. The lines that we were working on in the laundry room directly beside the woodshop in the main home.

Arrived to perform annual JD select inspection during our evaluation we found multiple things that needed to be addressed, everything that needed to be addressed. Customer approved. These things are the following. We will replace the main shut off valve outside due to the handle being completely corroded. this replacement will be made with a new brass quarter turn ball valve after completing this we will fully insulate the new shut off and exposed piping surrounding. We will then replace the kitchen sink P-trap due to having obvious signs of elite. This replacement will be made with a new inch and a half tubular P-trap we will then rebuild the master toilet and the jack and Jill bathroom shared toilet. These rebuild be made with new refill assemblies, red flappers and stainless steel supply lines. We will also install new quarter turn PVC bob valves in the attic for service kits on both attic AC units on the right side of the home. All of the above will come with a 30 day parts and lab

Homeowner called we us out what was initially understood as a lavatory faucet install. Upon arrival and greeting the homeowners, was shown to the issue and found it to be that the shower cartridge that was recently installed by a relative was, had gone bad and water was constantly coming out. I provided an estimate to replace a customer supplied cartridge as they already purchased an entire kit with the cartridge in it. They approved and work began. Water was turned off outside at the meter in front of the driveway slightly to the right of it. This box has two meters in it. The old cartridge was removed, the Internal brass was cleaned using sand paper and flushed out. The new cartridge was installed with new commercial grease and as well as the internal brass receiving grease as well. Once Installed water was turned on and tested for leaks to which none occurred.
