Upon arrival I was brought to the soda machine and the customer showed me that water is coming from around it and also in the back Sid did the wall. After assessing I found the condensate line coming from the soda machine was going to a floor drain and that drain was backed up due to build up. I was able to run the cable and clear the stoppage. No warranty . Water line repair to polybutylene under home On arrival I was led to the bathroom where I was shown an access hole that had been cut in the bathroom floor quite some time ago. I could see a leaking polybutylene water line. We turned the water off and made a repair to the polybutylene pipe. We returned water to home and checked for leaks, no leaks were found. We preformed water testing and found high hardness and high chlorine.

Upon arrival the customer brought me throughout the home and explained they have had a really high gas bill which they showed me and during the winter they are receiving 700 dollar gas bills. I let the customer know the process of a gas test and also that we can test the main system but not the appliances. Scope of work includes shutting off all gas fixtures and then pressurizing the system up and letting it sit. Gas test No warranty I tested yard line and the house as well and everything held perfectly

Arrived to preform annual jd select membership inspection and home safety evaluation. Overall the home was in excellent shape with a water softener and updated fixtures. I did find that the toilets upstairs have bolts that are starting to rust. We recommend preforming a major rebuild on the toilet to replace the bolts as well as all components in the tanks. I then went outside to inspect the exterior and run a camera down the main sewer line. I found that the gas regulator on the generator was upside down. This is not up to code and we do recommend flipping this regulator. I found no issues within the main sewer line. Lastly I went inside to inspect and flush the tankless water heater. I connects a pump with our solution to the system and ran it through for 20 minutes. There is no warranty on water heater flush.

Upon arrival I was brought to the kitchen of the home. The customer stated that they had purchased a new kitchen faucet and would like to have it installed. We shut off the water to the faucet and removed it from the counter top. We installed the new faucet and added a soap dispenser as well. After that we were able to turn the water on to check and test for leaks. No leaks were found. There is a 90 day warranty on labor.

30 day warranty labor warranty. On arrival we were led to the kitchen where a new bracket for the garbage disposal sat. We were told that it just fell off during normal usage, and that the manufacturer sent them a new bracket to install. We had cleaned and took apart the garbage disposal and P-trap. After we had installed the new bracket to the disposal and sink I had run water in the sink to make sure everything was working with no leaks. No leaks were confirmed. After no leak were confirmed we filled the sink full of water and dumped while running the disposal to make sure everything functioned properly at high usage periods. We then started a cycle for the dishwasher to make sure that functioned properly as well. We preformed the initial inspection, we found that the water lines are cpvc, they have a softener but doesn’t work and is bypassed, angle stops in various locations around the home need to be replaced, ac unit could not be evaluated due to immovable vehicle in the garage

Service is due to water dripping from the ceiling Upon arrival, customer shows me to the area of concern, I closet off of the kitchen where she has noticed water dripping from the ceiling. I then go to the bathroom that is directly above this area of the home. Upon investigating where the leak was coming from checking the laboratory, toilet and shower. I noticed that there was some water dripping from a hose that was going to a bidet. There was water all around the toilet. This is the cause of the leak. Customer also asked for us to do the full plumbing assessment of the rest of the home. Found multiple emergency shut off valves that need to be changed in the home as well as vinyl supply lines. Also noticed that the toilets need to be replaced/rebuilt. The toilet in the upstairs left side of the home needs to be pulled and reset as well as rebuilt. Arrived to a clog master bathroom toilet, after identifying that ghe clog was just to the toilet we then started by augering the toilet. The toilet was unclogged. We cleaned up our mess afterwards. No warranties due to the low tier toilet as well as we cannot control was is out down in the toilet.

We arrived to the HTea0 store and were directed to the tankless water heater that kept popping a breaker due to water hitting electrical cords. Estimates were given and the option for the 8 year 50 gallon tall heater natural gas was accepted. We arrived the following day at 5am before operation hours per request of the general manager as too mitigate potential customer inconvenience. The old tankless and tank type water hater were removed and the new water heater was installed. A comfort series recirculation pump was installed on the hot water outlet, to provide hot water faster to the three comp sink. Upon completion materials were picked up, work area was cleaned, all water lines were tested and re-pressurized, along with a gas test on new drip leg. Manufacture warranty will be honored, 1 year labor warranty Anything failed by city inspector will be an additional charge as all work done by JD Precision Plumbing Services was done up to city and state codes.

Arrived to customer home to be shown to the two Rinnai tankless in the attic that are 2016’s. I first removed the front plate and checked for any leaks or obvious issues. I then ran both of the units in maintenance mode and found no codes to have been thrown. Units have water flow going through them but upon checking the flow rate there was no flow detected in either. I then left estimates on how to proceed forward in the diagnostic process. I also let the customer know that if the replacement of the flow sensor/turbine/servos is not a guarantee because the PCB board could be faulty. No warranty on diagnostic

Came out today to make a repair on a master bathroom toilet, which had been running. During this investigation, I noticed that the fill valve and the flapper were the main cause of this issue. Although the toilet was old and all of the hardware was worn. I made an option to Repair and or upgrade this toilet and also for the other toilet in the home. After presenting these options, I was able to do a minor rebuild on only the master toilet. There is a 90 day warranty on only the fill valve and flapper on this toilet.

customer stated that they were having a backup in the kitchen sink. Also water was coming from laundry line standpipe, and the outdoor kitchen was filling up with water after talking to customer for a couple minutes. They had said that this is the third time they’ve had this issue in Three years. I recommended that we Hydro jet from laundry line clean out in order to remove any buildup inside the pipe after running the Hydro jet through multiple times and flushing out the buildup I ran a camera. I noticed that there are two bellies in the line and recommended a repair. No warranty on drain cleaning

Gave customer multiple options on how to proceed forward. Replace existing toilet will Kohler toilet x 2 Install 12/18 - we arrived back on site to move forward with the scope of work that we previously discussed, the scope of work being replacing both toilets in the home with new Kohler toilet toilets. We started by shutting the water off to the toilet from the shut off valves, within remove the old toilets and cleaned our surfaces, we then installed a new waxing, and new hardware, then installed the new Kohler toilets. After both of the toilets were installed, we’ve installed new supply lines and turned the water to both of them on, we did flush the toilets multiple times to ensure there were no leaks, and there weren’t. I didn’t did my final walk-through with the homeowner and showed her the new toilets, and she was very happy with them. 1yr warranty on the toilet installation.

Main line stoppage clean out locate on the right side of the home next to the garage . Recommend to cable the drain from the clean out to unstop the line. Once the drain is unstop we will scope the line to identify what’s causing the problem. Cable the drain from the clean out to unstop the drain and came back with roots. Scope the drain and found a separation at the clean out and one at the end before the 45 going into the mud district line . Recommend to replace the drain from the clean out to the 45 going down . The drain will be replace the drain with schedule 40 pvc pipe and new clean out . Once the drain is replaced we will test the drain to make sure there no leak . When that is completed we will run scope to make sure the drain is draining. The job will backfill and all the trash will be hauled. The job will come with a five year warranty.
