Price will include the following, we will put a gauge on the house and test to confirm if there’s any water movement on the house itself and with the main waterline and the house after we completed these test, we were able to confirm that there was no active leak source showing any movement The reason for this test is due to the customer finding a wet spot in his yard and being concerned at the possibility if they’re being a leak no warranty on gauge test.

12/27/24 I arrived to the customers home with concerns of a continuous drip at the showerhead in the master bathroom. The customer believes this is due to the valve stem/Cartridge. Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the affected area on the second level in the master bathroom. I could see that the showerhead was continuously dripping, and the customer explained that the other valve cartridge had to be changed recently as well. I did a diagnostic on the issue at hand and determined that the remedy for the issue would indeed be a new valve cartridge. Todays tasks will be warranted for 90 Days parts & labor ————————————————————————— This customer suffers from hard water and calcium buildup. I recommend water treatment to avoid costly repairs to valves, faucets, toilets, waterlines, etc., in the future. (3-stage purification w/pre-descaling & calcium filter.)

August 4: Sewer line behind kitchen sink full of grease and likely broken. Could not get cable through. Entire house other than laundry room appears to be rerouted through front yard. One and a half bath home. August 5: Jetted line through vent behind kitchen sink at exterior of home at driveway. Brought back a lot of hardened grease. Inspected line and it is mostly back fall. Septic Tank inlet is 1’ 4” deep according to locator and there is about a 90 foot run to kitchen. Recommend sewage ejector station to achieve fall with full line replacement. Left estimate for full line replacement and pump with alarm. Line will have a 5 year warranty. Pump station will have a 1 year labor with 3 year material warranty. We will not provide electrician with this estimate if necessary. We will credit back Jet cost if customer moves forward with work in next 30 days. No warranty on blockages.

Arrived to customers home today due to a stoppage, the customer welcomed me inside and explained that this morning the owners son went to use the toilet and noticed a bubble coming from the toilet after it was flushed then a little bit of time went by and the owner used the other toilet on the other side of the home and the son found that the toilet was almost overflowing. The customer then new where is main sewer line clean out was located he explained the piped the cap an water started pouring out, they then went to lowes and bought a self propelled 50 ft 3/8” sink cable to attempt to clear the main sewer drain but was not successful in doing so that’s when the customer new he needed to call a professional. I then explained any time there is water holding at the main sewer clean out this usually mean there is a stoppage out in the yard in this case before the septic tank, I then asked if he’s had his septic serviced and they have about 4 weeks again per homeowner.
