They called me the day I was scheduled (I took off work for this) to tell me they were moving my work to the next business day and I said No, I took off work. I was told, the technician called it. Is he the only technician, I ask... not my problem. I was told several times someone would be there within the hour and never did anyone show up until about my 5th call and I spoke to a you g lady that finally was pleasant and helpful. 8:30 Am appointment time and they arrived at 3:45 Pm. The plumber was kind, but the company needs to work on its customer service skills. My dishwasher not my disposal worked after the plumber left, but I resolved that issue myself.
