Run camera through drain pipe to determine of leak or crack is in pipe. After runnng camera I could not find any evidence of crack in the pipe, however I did discover slight backwards fall after the 2” Enters the 3” and large amounts of build up throughout the pipe. We will use jetter machine to clean out all built up debris from pipe and rerun camera to verify. No warranty as pipe still has backwards fall. After speaking with the customer he is going to call us back out to do a whole home evaluation.

I arrived today to be led to the master bathroom of this mobile home to investigate a leak that is under the vanity of the lavatory. It wasn’t long before I noticed that the faucet was leaking internally and can only be repaired with the replacement. I was able to remove the faucet and install a Moen, to handle, chrome faucet. I also replaced both angle stops for this laboratory and also the pop-up assembly. Parts and install will come with a 90 day warranty.

Called out due to hose bib broke and the home doesn’t have any water. The homeowner stated he’s been having issues with this hose bib. He stated the hose bib is cracked and now the hose bib broke off. The homeowner just wants to cap off the waterline. The homeowner mentioned he has a grease trap and water is coming out the kitchen clean out cap. We opened the grease trap and it needs to be pumped out. I dug down into the ground. I capped the water lines to off in the ground. I test for any leaks. No leaks found. Job completed. Jd precision plumbing will provide a 90 day warranty for parts and labor. The homeowner wanted me to leave the hole open so he could observe the repair for a few day then he’ll cover it up.

Upon arrival I was brought to the garage and the customer showed me the tankless and explained that there is almost no water pressure on the hot side. The home is only a couple years old and service was done only about 6 months ago due to the same issue. I flushed the unit and the water turned a dark brown so there is a heavy buildup happening inside the unit. Filtration is highly recommended. Flush tankless No warranty

Mechanical drain cleaning service. No warranty. Bio one drain maintainer. On February 10, 2026 I arrived on site to a two-story home that is approximately 20 years old. I met mr. Jerry Savage at the door and he led me to the area of concern. The kitchen drain has not flowing in a normal manner in several days properly and has gotten to the point where will not drain at all. I developed solutions to address the homeowner‘s plumbing problem and this scope of work was approved to be completed. I completed the drain cleaning service and then tested the drain to ensure proper flow. The kitchen drain is now draining in a normal fashion and bio one drain maintainer was provided to ensure drain maintenance in the future.

Upon running a camera it was discovered that at the tap the pipe is split has has roots growing through the pipe. Pipe is already holding water due to issue. Price was to cut Sheetrock and locate leak. Flyer leak was isolated to condesate but with no access other than cutting into ceiling I gave customer option for reroute to exterior . He declined and commented that he would attempt it himself

On arrival we inspected the entire home. One of the major issues is the left water heater on the second floor attic that is severely rusted as well as the nipples rusting out. Right side, TNP of the right water heater somebody melted the pipe instead of using the proper coupling, she used the wrong glue, flex lines are already corroding, and the shut off valve to the right water heater cannot be touched or will leak. Both pans on both water heaters also have shown signs of rusty water in the bottom which is a big concern. The pecks valve in the garage Seems to not be opening up all the way, and when you run the tub, it decreases the water pressure throughout the house significantly. Recommend upgrading the valve to a larger diameter opening to allow more flow for the whole home. No clean out could be currently located but speaking with the future homeowner I did discuss if they can locate a clean out, we will come and camera the sewer line for them. Called out for Jd plumbing evaluation. The fixtures in the home appeared to be in good working condition. The only issue that was found was the toilet in the hallway bathroom closest to the front door. The gaskets are deteriorating. The homeowner stated her husband is going to replace it. I wrote up options on repairing or replacing the toilet. I ran the sewer camera in the sewer system and found no issues. I flushed both water heaters located in the attic. Job completed. No warranty for any water heater flushes.

Called out after hours for a leak in a wall located on the garage. Upon arrival, checked in with the customer. Customer then showed us into the garage where water was going onto the floor. We then continued by going into the attic to see the plumbing in the area. Stated to the customer that we would need to cut drywall to find the leak. Notified the customer of the diagnostic and after hour fee. Customer approved. Continued by cutting out a section of drywall that was wet. Found two 3/4” Cpvc lines going into the sub floor of the home. Located a leaking 3/4” Cpvc line within the wall. Continue by creating options for the work that needed to be done. Customer approved solution 1. Continued by turning off the water to the home. Once off, we continue by cutting out the bad section of CPVC pipe and making the repair. Today the homeowner called out for the inquiry of a tankless flushing. The homeowners have been in this house for three years and haven’t had any maintenance on the house. They were peaked on the interest by a community Facebook post, showing the results of an annual flush that one of the other homeowners had posted. After much deliberation and discussion of the benefits and services provided with the maintenance plan Jd offers homeowner did sign up for this program and for the next five years will be receiving an annual maintenance on the tankless for a much heavily discounted price than a non-maintenance member. Today the tankless flush was done for free. The tankless in question is a Renai builder grade model. Upon arrival customer brought us to the kitchen sink where the faucet was leaking around the handle when being used; since further investigation we noticed water had been continuously dripping under the sink due to water from handle following down the trim. We recommend a full replacement on faucet and angle stops customer agreed but didn’t want to do angle stops at that moment and wanted to supply faucet themselves. Today I completed the Jd select inspection. I checked all fixtures and found no issues throughout the home. Water heaters looked to be in good condition. Outside hose buns were good. I did found a small leak on the emergency shut off of the home. Sewer line inspection was good though I did see some build up which I recommended we monitor in the upcoming inspections. We had replaced all angle stops to the quarter turn stops. The only valves that had not been replaced inside the home was the washer valves which I recommended replacing because they are the pull stops which is bad quality. Called out due to main line stoppage. The homeowner stated this issue started on Friday. They had another company out and they dug up the sewer line at the front right side of the home. I cabled the drain line. The stoppage was near the clean out. I cleared the stoppage. The homeowner stated the clean out cap was hit by a mower and broke it. After clearing the stoppage I found a piece of the cracked pvc pipe in the sewer line. I was able to remove it. I ran the sewer camera and found no issues with the sewer line. Job completed. Jd precision plumbing will provide a 90 day warranty for clean out cap repair. No warranty for any sewer stoppage.

Called out due to lavatory stoppage. The home is approximately 1 year old. The homeowner brought me to the back left guest bathroom. He stated the issue started on Sunday. The homeowner stated he was trying to clear the stoppage but was not able to. I cabled the drain line. I cleared the stoppage. Arrived to customers home to be shown to the attic where there was a leaking zurn fitting. Repaired the fitting an assessed existing units and found them to be in rough shape. Service is due to upstairs toilet leaking when flushed Upon arrival, customer let me know that the upstairs toilet on the right side of the house leaks when you flush it. Checked out the toilet and toilet is leaking at tank to bowl gasket. Toilet is a vorton 3454. Advise the customer that rebuilding could lead to cracking the tank. Customer wanted to go forth with installing a kohler wellworth comfort height toilet. Install Kohler Wellworth comfort White Elongated 1.28 GPF in the upstairs bathroom to the right of the stairs. Arrived to the home where the water throughout the home was not coming out with any heat at any fixtures. We found the issue to be due to the pilot lights going out. These water heater manufacturers date is 2021. They are approximately 4 years old. Typically when both water heater pilots go out that means it got to hot in the attic and snuffed the flame out from the water heaters ( just like putting a cup over a candle and watching the flame disappear. We lit both water heaters turned the heaters back on. We did wait approximately 2 minutes and watch the dark blue flame turn bright orange right at 2 minutes. This indicates that there is not enough oxygen inside the attic that will help keep the flame strong and steady. When the attic temperature gets way above the heater temperature it snuffs out the flame. Carbon build up occurs much faster in this state and will cause the pilots to go out much faster and or more frequently. We recommend you call a roofer (NEXT LEVEL ROOFING a c

Upon arrival, customer shows me to the area of concern. Kitchen sink where she has a leak on the right side basket strainer. The left side basket strainer has flex seal sprayed all over it and it is currently not leaking. We remove both the old basket strainer We install the new one We test the system We inspect the rest or the area to make sure everything else under the sink is top notch JD Precision Plumbing Services will provide 60 day warranty on parts and labor for the right side of the kitchen sink. Called out for a water filtration system. Upon arrival checked in with the customer. Customer showed us to the water filter that is located in the garage. She stated that the water softener was stuck on a regen cycle. Previous company had came out and bypass the softer. She also stated that the water filtration company who installed the filter would come and replace the mechanism that was giving issues the following week.
