Flush water heater. No warranty. On 1/13/26 I arrived on site to a 1 story home to complete the annual JD Select Service. I flushed out both water heaters in the attic. I noted that the water heaters have evidence of corrosion and the exhaust vents need to be lined up to prevent carbon monoxide recirculating into the attic. I developed solutions to address plumbing concerns and emailed to homeowner for further review at a later time.

Called out due to main water break in the yard. I was told one of the utilities workers may have hit the main waterline. We will dig up the waterline to locate the break. Once we find where the leak is coming from, we will make the repair. We will dig in the area where the water is pushing up the ground. This option covers up to 2 feet for the dig. If the leak is further than 2 feet we will charge a diagnostic charge per foot. 90 day warranty for parts and labor. I dug up the area where the water was pushing through the ground out by the driveway. I found that the 90 fitting had cracked. It appears that the two pipes that joined the 90° fitting is at an angle, causing the fitting to tension while under pressure. I made the proper repair. I allowed the glue to dry. I test for any leaks. No leaks found job completed.

Install/rework drain under kitchen sink. 1 year warranty. Install/rework dishwasher drain. Repaired under warranty. Bio one drain maintainer. On 12/16/25 I arrived on site to a recall for a dishwasher drain that ties into the disposal under the kitchen sink. I assessed the area of concern and noted that the dishwasher drain has a small leak. It was also noted that the existing disposal drain kit is bent and is under tension. I repaired the dishwasher leak and recommend kitchen drain line repair/rework due to potential leak in the future. This scope of work was approved and completed. No further leaks were noted at the time of completion.

I arrived at the customers home to diagnose a kitchen sink stoppage, I arrived at the door and it was met by the homeowners babysitter, she didn’t let me into the home and showed me where the issue was. She stated that water started flowing out of the air gap on the countertop after the dishwasher was ran, with my professional experience, i expected the line to be stopped up somewhere with debris, this was the homeowners only concern for today’s visit, so we did not perform a safety inspection, I went ahead and wrote them up an option to get the debris cleared out of the drain, and they wanted to move forward with it. I started by removing the air gap and then removing the debris from the line, I then installed the air gap back together and tightened the hoses going to and from. Afterwards, I ran the dishwasher multiple times and insured that water was not flowing back onto the countertop and it wasn’t. Everything was working properly There will be no warranty on today’s visit

Came out for our customers yearly JD membership home safety evaluation, tankless flush, sewer line inspection, and water quality test. Upon arrival, checked in with the customer. Continued by performing the home safety evaluation of the interior of the home. Customer stated that the home was three years old. Plumbing within the interior of the home looks to be in good shape. Once done, customer approved for us to flush the tankless water heater. After the approval was signed, we continued by hooking up our flush pump onto the tankless and allowing for it to descale for approximately 45 minutes. While the tankless was descaling, we continued by performing a home safety evaluation of the exterior of the home. After we performed a sewer line inspection and took video of the condition of the sewer line. Once done, we notified the customer of our finding and created options per the work that needed to be done. Presented to the customer. Customer did not want to proceed with any additional w

Tub stoppage in the hall bathroom the only tub in the home . Recommend to cable the drain to clear the blockage. Remove the over drain cover to cable the drain and came back with hair. Called out due to toilet repair. The homeowner brought me to the master bathroom. He stated he replaced the toilet fill valve and flapper but the water keeps spraying out the supply line. The supply line is built in with the shut off valve. I replaced the shut off valve and supply line. I test for any leaks. No leaks found. Job completed. Today I arrive at Dave’s hot chicken in new Caney to investigate an error code on their A.O. Smith cyclone commercial 115 gallon water heater. The code was a 8–5101 claiming to be a blocked exhaust. I took the time to contact a.o. Smith to troubleshoot this issue. During the conversation with the manufacturer, they ran me through a few diagnostics tests and passed. The manufacturer let me know that it could be several different issues, causing this error code.I took the time to make sure that the venting had proper fall and was clear of debris. Then I was able to restart the water heater, it fired up and heated up to its heat point of 130°. I cannot guarantee that this water heater will stay lit. This water heater is past its warrant and I am recommending an upgrade to a tankless water heater. There were no other issues discussed today.

Upon arrival I was brought to the master bathroom of the home. The customer stated that the shower head was not working properly and had bought a new one to replace it. I tested the shower head and found there was very low water pressure. This is usually an indication of something clogging up the shower head usually related to hard water. I threaded off the old shower head and prepped for the new one to be installed. I threaded on the new shower head and attached the hand sprayer. Once on I was a let to turn it on to test. I found that this solved the issue and the pressure was restored. There is a 90 day warranty on labor.

On 1-28-25 I arrived on site to install two new rods inside of both water heaters located above the garage in the attic as well as flushing both water heaters due to membership plan. As I was flushing both water heaters I noticed a leak on the hot side flex line. Whenever I went to turn the boiler drain valves off, both of them were leaking. I informed the customer of both of my concerns and he agreed to hard pipe and replace both boiler drains hard pipe, and boiler drains were both completed I wasn’t able to unscrew either anode rods, I will be back tomorrow to replace both rods and finish completing my home evaluation. 90 day warranty on new parts. On 1-29-25 I arrived on site this morning to finish replacing the two anode rods from the water heaters. As I was using an impact to unscrew the right one I was able to get it out. The left one ended up stripping therefore we aren’t able to replace it. I finished my home evaluation inside and ran the camera down the sewer line. Homeowner

On 1-7-25 I arrived to customers house to perform a perform a Jd select. I flushed the tankless water heater located in the garage. I then ran the camera down he outside wall clean out. As I was running it I noticed a bunch of build up. (In videos). I informed the customer about the issue and I suggested a jet to come out as jet the line. On 12-31-24 I arrived at customers house with primary complaint being their sewer line was backed up into their master bathroom. I let him know how much the cable and camera would be and he thought it was way too high. I informed the customer on why we like to run the camera down the main line after clearing the blockage to insure no other potential clogs in the future, but he insisted we don’t charge and use the camera. I ran the sewer machine down the low end clean out and cleared the stoppage after water came rushing down the main sewer line. No warranty.

On 12-28-24 I arrived at customers house with primary concern being their water softener supply coming off of the main waterline feed was leaking. After giving a diagnostic fee I found out the 90 coming out of the wall was split as well as the outgoing 90 had a small crack in it and was leaking as well. Arrived to preform annual JD select membership inspection and home safety evaluation. I started inside of the home inspecting all plumbing drain lines, water lines, and fixtures. I noticed that in the master bathroom there were push/pull style angle stops. We recommend changing these out to quarter turn stops. These are a shark bite fitting that can pull off from the wall. I did not notice any other issues inside of the home. I then went outside to inspect the exterior of the home and run a camera down the main sewer line. I did not find any issues on the exterior or within the main sewer line. After that I went into the attic to inspect and preform a water heater flush on two units. I noticed that both units looked to be in rough condition due to hard water damage. There is water stains around the seams of the units and rust at the bottom.
