Came out today to clear a stoppage on the upstairs lavatory sink. There was a major stoppage about 20’ after the p trap. There was also a major clog in the ac line. I was able to relieve both stoppages. I also installed an Iflo on this unit to prevent any clogs in the 3/4 drain line in the future. There is no guarantee on any stoppage clearings. During this install I noticed that there was mold on almost all of the ac dusting in the attic. Also there are lots of duct patches that were very poorly repaired. There is also condensation on the bottom of the ac plenum. The pan line has back fall and is unable to clear the pan of the water. Ac system needs reviewed by our professional ac tech.

Install approximately 130 feet of new poly type gas line under ground, 65 ft on the left side of the pool house and 65 feet on the right side of the pool house. This is to feed both the burners on the counter top as well as to feed the wolf brand gas grilling equipment. We placed tracer wire along both trenches, performed a gas test set at 9 psi and after 45 minutes no leaks occurred. We installed new valves out side the bar of the pool house where both gas lines came up and into the pool home. We also installed a new dialetric union for faster service on the left side of the pool house going towards the left side fireplace at the top of the bar. We installed a new valve going towards all of the wolf equipment for proper gas testing in the future. Four hard pipe gas risers were installed for durability and proper installation, we removed the tiles at the pool house and drilled a hole for our gas riser to come up, we then put the tiles back onto the ground, we backfilled our 130 foo

Arrived to job to discover customer concerns regarding a leak with water appearing in the guest bathroom floor are investigation found a copper manifold for the hot side dropping to the lav in the bathroom to have a pinhole leak spraying on the ceiling. We also found the cold side on a 90 to have a slight drip also dropping for this bathroom. This price will include fully repairing both copper waterlines and copper after completing the repair we will thoroughly test everything to confirm proper working order 90 day parts and labor warranty only on newly installed material.

Perform a gas test on the house and the individual gas lines throughout the property. Repair the house regulator, and the galvanized fittings before and after it as well as installing a new valve to isolate the lines at the meter. We will need to turn off all the appliances throughout the home to ensure we perform the air test accurately. We will replace the ac gas flex lines in the attic and redo the protective drip leg connections. The air test will be performed before and after the work is performed with about a 45 minute to one hour duration per gas test. We found 15 gas leak throughout the whole home, 6 in the attic that we repaired, 1 outside on the house riser. 6 on the gas manifold behind the pool house. 3 under ground gas leaks as well. We reworked the gas system at the generator so that the regulator is only tied to the generator and not to the other half of the entire outside gas system. We reworked this and had 2 psi of gas going throughout the gas system instead

Today we performed a whole home plumbing inspection. For the interior inspection this house under each picture does not have shut off vowels however, located in each of the attic accesses there is a pecks manifold system that can isolate each individual fixture if necessary. The recommendation is that each toilet sink does have shut off at each point of use, which is a great concern in a case of emergency service or a leak located on that line. In addition to the interior inspection, there are two tankless units located in the axes which do not have thermal expansion tanks due to the house having a softener and conditioner set up. These are required to eliminate thermal expansion and protect the house system for overpressurization and gas expansion. From our initial meeting with Zach he was excellent at reviewing our options for the space we had to do the install. We even had a 2nd meeting to confirm the best approach. On the day of the install he and his helper arrived on time and ready to go. This was a fairly involved process and it took all day. I arrived today to investigate an issue with the water heaters in the attic. Both water heaters are from 2020 with Honeywell control valves, plastic drain ports and pex that has shark bites all the way up to the water heater. I was able to relight the water heaters to diagnose the issue being that both heaters are leaking internally and putting out the pilot light. Bob wants to delete one water heater and only replace the other Remaining water heater. I was able to provide estimates accordingly. No work was performed today. No warranty on relighting the water heaters.

For this call I performed a Jd whole home inspection upon arrival customer showed me to the attic where the water heater is located I flushed water heater then I went around the interior of the home every thing is in good proper working order i did a water test that came back with hard water that is causing buildup and wear on fixtures I recommended that halo ultimate I then went around the out side of the home located outside clean out as I ran the sewer camera I noticed there is an excessive amount of build up in the sewer line I recommended a hydro jet Customer decided to go ahead with the sewer jet we ran jetter through the line multiple times flushing out build up in sewer line no warranty on drain cleaning. On arrival I was led all over the home where i was shown corroded water lines on both water heaters, a softener they had concerns about working, 2 hose bibs and kitchen faucet with a lose handle. We hard piped both water heaters adding an expansion tank at both, we replaced 2 hose bibs in the back yard with new quarter turn hose bibs, tightened the handle on the kitchen faucet and made sure the softener was working. 90 day warranty on all work preformed.

We will hydro jet the sewer lines of all debri built up over time. The grease has solidified meaning we will use this specialized machine to properly cleanout the sewer system off all the debri. We will have a before and after video to see the clear before and after on the work performed. The grease occurred due to the amount of bellies throughout the drain system. Bellies are formed over time causing a low spot to occur which makes debri and water sit in this low spot and overtime with grease it will harden and build up causing a clog to occur. Due to the severity of the bellies we cannot provide a warranty as this problem will keep occurring however with proper maintenance it will help prevent clogs from occurring.

Called out for Jd plumbing evaluation. Arrived to a single story 2 bathroom home. Carol stated they aren’t experiencing any plumbing issues at this time. I went into the attic where the water heater is located. Water heater appears to be in good condition. Water heater was manufactured in 2022. I could help but noticed the ac is leaking into the drain pan which tells me the primary drain is clogged. I provided solution for it but the homeowner stated he will have the ac guys out to take care of it since it was installed less than a year ago. I then proceeded with the plumbing evaluation in the home. There is some water lines in the attic near the access that is corroded and could leak any time. On arrival I was taken to the guest bathroom where the tub was stopped up but when the kitchen sink ran the water would come up in the tub. We found a wall cleanout for the kitchen sink outside and started with running a drain cable through this cleanout first, after some time the clog broke loose and we had flow again for approximately the next 15 minutes we ran lots of hot water and let the cable spin around in the drain to get the drain as possibly lean as we could with a cable. A camera was not elected for this job. No warranty on drain stoppages.

Called out due to water line leak in the yard. I was met by the tenant Mark. He stated the water company was out due to the water meter was facing upside down and they were getting a high water bill. He stated the water company People turned the meter upright and ever since then they noticed a water leak near the water meter. I turned off the shut off valve in the garage to test the yard line and the water meter is still picking up water movement. We will dig up the area where it is most wet in the yard. We will locate the waterline leak. Once the leak has been located, we will make the proper repair. 90 day warranty for parts and labor. This task will cover up to 2 feet of digging. If there is any more digging required to locate the leak, there will be additional charges per foot. I located a leak at a 90° fitting. The fitting was not glued together. I made the proper repair. Today I completed the Jd select inspection. I started with flushing the tankless and did extract a good amount of minerals due to the color of the water. I checked all the fixtures throughout the home and found no issues present. I completed a water test and did find there is very high chlorine content and also about 5 grains per gallon of hardness in the water. To prevent damage that will happen over time I would highly recommend filtration or a softener system. Flush tankless No warranty

Arrived at job customer showed me to the master bathroom where the customer had a toilet that had bad smell and when I diagnosed and flushed found water was coming out from under toilet when I would flushed so gave estimate to repair or replace toilet customer said at this time just wanted it fixed and she approved for me to do a pull and reset and reseal the base so pulled toilet cleaned up old wax from flange replaced wax with new one with horn and reset toilet tested multiple times and resealed with silicone no leaks and customer declined water test and home inspection at this time they had to leave stated next time they would have us out to flush heater and do inspection 30 day warranty on wax ring for master toilet
