Services due to gas services Upon arrival, customer showed me to the area of concern where she has a countertop stove. She had contacted Centerpoint to come out and detect a gas leak. They said that it was on a 90 pass the valve for the stove. So they were able to shut off the leak. Upon arrival spray tested the area for leak And was unable to detect a leak in this area. I recommended to the customer to cap this line past the valve to be able to test everything in the line due to their being about 3 foot between the valve in the stove connection in the wall. Customer agreed to do a full gas plumbing test. Started by removing the meter on the outside of the home and installing a diaphragm gauge. Within went to the home, turning off the furnace water heater. And capping the stove line pass the valve. We tested the house at seven PSI for one hour to ensure there were no leaks on the main gas plumbing system. Conclusion of gas test is that there was no leaks on the gas system. We reinstal

Upon arrival the customer brought me to the kitchen sink and showed me that when the water is ran or drained it will gurgle. The customer is swilling the home and it came up on the inspection report so they wanted to get it taken care of they also said the inspector said the water heaters were too hot. I checked the heater and it was on hot so I turned it down for the customer. After cleaning the drain line there was no more gurgling noises when it was draining. Also after turning down the water heater I tested everything to insure it was at the correct temperature. We also painted the gas line going into the home because there just some surface level rust. Upon arrival the customer brought me to the garage and showed me the tankless water heater. It was working properly but the customer said at moments they would lose water pressure a little bit. The tankless has not been serviced and the home is 3 years old and there is also no softener so I recommend installing a softener and also flushing the tankless as well. I also completed a full plumbing evaluation and found that 2 sinks upstairs where backing up due to the ac condensate line tieing into the, and also a tub was draining slow. Service is due to toilet continuously running Upon arrival, customer shows me to 2 toilets in the house. First one was in the front left bedroom. Toilet it is continuously running does not shut off. The flapper in the toilet is warped due to high chlorine. Customer then shows me to the master bathroom toilet or toilet is continuously running. Customer has the toilet turned off. We disconnect the supply line and drain the tank. on the front right side, bathroom and master bathroom toilet's We remove the fill valve and flapper We install the new fill valve and flapper We replace the push pull stop and supply line with a new stainless steal line.and quarter turn shut off valve on the master toilet. In this estimate I will pull the toilet and inspect the flange. If the flange is okay I will remount and caulk the toilet. In this estimate I will pull the toilet and if the flange is broke I will replace then remount and caulk the toilet. 8/4/24. Call due to wobbly toilet. Customer let me know they’re still in the moving in process and in doing so they noticed a wobbly toilet in the master bath that got missed in their inspection. I noticed the right side toilet bolt was snapped on half so I offered just to pull n reset the toilet but when I pulled the toilet off I noticed the pvc flange was snapped. Customer opted to have it replaced. I chipped out the old pvc flange and installed a new flange with a stainless steel ring. Once it was glued in place I anchored it to the subfloor using a rotary hammer. Once all was good I used a new wax ring seal and new bolts. Set the toilet in place and bolted it to the floor. After arriving our customers greeted me at the door before showing me the layout of the home. House is two stories with three and a half bathrooms plumbed in uponor water lines. House is still fairly new so most everything checked out except for some minor concerns. The right side sink in the master bath is draining slow most likely a small stoppage close to the p-trap. Recommend disassembling the p-trap and running a cable through the line to break up any debris. The right side faucet also has a small leak internally. If I had to guess I’d say the built in hot supply line is at fault. Can’t repair leak will have to replace with another Delta Faucet. Calum also had questions concerning the extended warranty Anode rods for the water heaters. Which are both about 5 years old and flushed a decent amount of sediment out. Since they typically last 3-4 years he would like them replaced so that the internals of the heaters are protested against the contaminants in the water. Sewer line cam

Home service call for kitten sink fell off of countertop with all plumbing connections attached. Upon arrival, customer showed me to the kitchen area where there was an island sink that had fell into the cabinet. The garbage disposal and P-trap was still attached and everything still looked to be OK. I recommend removing all plumbing connections and garbage disposal before remaining this dual compartment sink. I also recommend allowing this adhesive to dry over a 24 hours before any water is used. We will disconnect the plumbing, Undermount sink. We will scrape all of the old adhesive and silicone off. We will use new adhesive, and the proper mounting techniques to ensure this sink does not fall again in the future. After the sink is remounted, we will have to return and connect the remaining parts to this sink. This would include reconnecting, the P-trap and garbage disposal.. I’m also offering and recommending a JD select membership as part of this long-term solution All parts

Called out to disconnect water softener. The homeowner stated she is moving out, and the movers wouldn’t disconnect the water softener. I cut out the water softener piping. Then I installed the inlet to the outlet for the home to be able to provide water. I test for any leaks no leaks found job completed. Jd Precision plumbing will provide a 90 day warranty for Pipe repair only.

Install service kit at a/c condensation drain. 1 year warranty Install whole home sediment filter. 1 year warranty. Drain maintainer x 2. Install 3/21/24 Arrived to install whole house filter on the water softener located on the right side of the garage. Mounted 2x2 plywood from stud to stud in order to give the whole house filter, solid, melting point. I mount the the whole house filter, and piped in with 1 inch crimp pex. After installing turn the water back on pressure on up system and tested for leaks. I then insulated pipe. And then went into the attic and locate the air handler. We installed Service kit on the AC drain. We then re-insulated the pipe. Left two bottles of bio one. One is located on the air handler and one was in the kitchen.

Relight water heater. No warranty. Install garbage disposal. 5 year warranty. On 3/20/24 I arrived on site to a water heater that would not relight. After careful assessment and several attempts the burner assembly did relight and the water heater was operating in normal fashion. I then assessed the garbage disposal and noted that the disposal would not turn on. I reset the unit and the unit would not turn on. A new unit was installed and tested for leaks no further issues at this time.

02/27/2024 We were called out due to a dishwasher not draining and throwing a code, the appliance technician changed out some parts however the dishwasher is still trickle draining and it seems to vary in draining capabilities. We checked the drains connected between the pump on the dishwasher all the way to the garbage disposal. No blockages whatsoever. Our recommendation was to reach out to an appliance company. No warranties at this time

Customer is not getting any water throughout home due to freeze. Whole house shut off is on right side of house on exterior wall. Valve and main line are frozen. Used a blow dryer to thaw out main valve. Also used blow dryer in attic where water main enters attic. Was able to successfully thaw out pipes. Customer now has water to all fixtures. No warranties are applicable.

Customer called due to an issue with a lavatory sink drain line stopping up and filling up the sink and spilling over on to the floor. When I arrived customers explained that when they woke up wife went to use this restroom and noticed small amount of water on the floor and then noticed the sink was about to completely overflow, then they quickly got the water out of the sink and called us. I then started we have been seeing this issue a lot this summer and usually every summer, I then asked if she had a maintenance program of any kind that could help foreseen this issue, and customers said they had to have the hvac company out about a month ago. I then started to explain what has been going on with this issue at hand today and how I would like to go about solving it for them, before I started I asked how old the home was and they let me know it was built in 2019 so about 4 yrs old yet and they have not kept up with proper maintenance. Upon arrival the customer brought me to the right side of the home and showed me the tankless water heater. They said that the right side of the home has not had hot water for about a month. The tankless water heater was manufactured in 2008. There is also another tankless on the left side of the home that is working right now. I recommended swap outs due to the age of the unit and the fact that there has been no maintenance done for the life of he unit. I tested the water and it was showing 4 grains per gallon of hardness. Customer has a rinnai tankless water heater in garage. Unit and home are three yes old. Unit had water inside it. Removed panel and did not find any water. Believe water is getting in thru vent. Tankless has a vent that exits building on exterior wall. We will turn off rinnai tankless water heater in garage and descale unit with a pump and solution. We will clean burner rods and get unit back in service. No warranty. Then customer will sign up for annual service agreement for three yrs so we can maintenance unit regularly.

Called out to flush tankless water heater. Homeowner stated thereâ€™s been a lot of construction going on in the area and sand keeps coming through the water lines in the home. Homeowner also stated when they take a shower there is hot water but not as hot as it used to be. During evaluation I went into the home and removed some aerators and there was sand stuck on it. I also opened up the hallway bathroom toilet and there is some sand sitting in the toilet tank. I recommend flushing tankless water heater. Just a heads up our solution we use for the tankless water heater itâ€™s designed to break down calcium build up. I also explained to the homeowner that if a water filtration system is not installed or sediment filter we will be back for clogged fixtures. I also let her know ahead of time that if she just goes with flushing the water heater there will be no warranty to the work done today. Arrived to job to discover a whole home clog. This price will include snaking the main line intel the line completely clears. Once completed we will snake the line in both directions to clear any build up in the line to travel to the city side. Need cable from the clean out to unstop the drain to unstop the line. Once the line is clear we will tested the drain to make sure it cleared.Customer use draino and it donâ€™t clear the blockage. Cable the drain from the clean to unstop the line and came back with nothing. After I cable the drain I scope the drain to identify what was causing the problem. We identify there was egg shells in the drain recommend to hydro scrub to remove the egg shells. Hydro scrub the drain to remove the egg shells and line is draining ok . Ran water through out the drain and everything drain ok . There a limited one year warranty
