Homeowner called us out for multiple concerns regarding the plumbing system with her main concerns being a shower tub spout not disengaging and a hose bib that was frozen with a connection attached. With performing a small inspection multiplied estimates created. Homeowner approved the installation of of new trim kit for the shower, over flow waste trim kit, and the installation of a new hose bib located in the back left of the house. Once all items were in place, the water was restored to test for any leaks to which none occured. The installation of the trim kit will be 30 days if it breaks for any reason and 60 days for the tub and overflow waste kit as well as the hose bib in the back.

Customer had us come out to investigate the rest of the plumbing branch arm trunklines that feed all other fixtures to the main leave out trunkline in back of the building so we started at the closest fixtures towards front of building and inspected lines under slab towards trunkline and their were a few separations on the trunkline closest to middle of building where all hand wash sinks are were so completely filled with mudd and also found a backwards fitting and on a toilet behind nurses station as well as on that same line a separation in the drainline under slab as well also showed customer the videos that we took and walked through each issue and explained as we watched the video of recordings I took then came up with a game plan on how to fix the issues and also re route 2 bathrooms completely all work we do will come with a 10 year warranty we will also stabilize and support the slab with piers everywhere needed and any and all exposed will also have piers installed for support

Drain cleaning service x 4. No warranty. Bio one drain maintainer. On 2/17/26 I arrived on site to a 6 year old 2 story home with 4.5 bathrooms. The homeowners primary concern is drains in the primary bathroom 1 shower drain 2 lavatory drains and 1st floor bedroom bathroom lavatory drains This scope of work was approved and completed. I tested the drains for normal flow. No further issues were noted at the time of completion.

Called out due to valve leaking under the powder bathroom sink. I was brought to the powder bathroom, the shut off valve for the cold side is leaking the water line right at the valve has a pin hole. The hot side shut off valve is hard to turn. The toilet in the same bathroom the gaskets are deteriorating. The other two toilets are in the same condition. At the very least, the gaskets will need to be replaced. We will be replacing the two shut off valves and the toilet. Today I replaced the cold side shut off valve. I installed the angle stop for the hot side. Then we installed the new American standard toilet in the powder bathroom. We will be installing 2 more toilets. The water heater water connections are corroded. The main water shut off valve outside doesn’t completely close, water drips by when in the off position. I replaced all three toilets in the home with new American standard toilets. I replaced the two shut off valves underneath the lavatory in the powder bathroom. I i

Upon arrival the customer brought me to the half bathroom by the kitchen and explained that the toilet makes a loud noise when filling up. I went ahead and checked all other toilets and found 2 others that were broken down due to water quality. I went ahead and completed a full plumbing evaluation and found most fixtures to be in good working condition but did find some issues because of water quality such as the emergency shut off won’t turn and some valves are hard to turn. Came out to investigate a water heater that has pilot light out and can’t be relit. This heater has a leak in the jacket causing water leak inside the unit and put out the pilot. I was able to remove this heater and install a 40 gallon, natural gas, rheem heater with a 12 year warranty.

Upon arrival the customer brought me to the closet in the guest bedroom and showed me that there was water on the carpet. I didn’t see any water in the walls anywhere around the area. I checked in the attic and also found no issues. I did notice the water lines where cpvc. I completed a pressure test and found it was steady dropping which showed me it was a water line somewhere. On the outside of the master I. The left side of the home there was a lot of water along the home. I cut under the first cabinet and it was dry. We pulled the trim if the tub and it was also dry. We cut underneath the middle sink and found it was very wet. Finally we found a cpvc tee that was leaking. I was able to expose it and make the repair necessary. Called out due to lavatory stoppage. I was brought upstairs to the boys bathroom . The lavatory sink was half full of water. The ac drain line ties into the lavatory drain. Since the drain line clogged, the ac unit is continuously running causing condensation water to over flow from the sink. The best solution for this issue is to reroute the drain line outside. There are 2 ac units located in the attic. The other ac drain line ties into the other lavatory in the girls room bathroom. I cabled the lavatory drain line and cleared the stoppage. I filled the sink multiple times and it is draining properly. Job completed. No warranty for any stoppages.

Arrived to a leaking basket strainer where the tubular connection ties into the basket strainer connection. The flange broke off, we will need to replace the tubular connections underneath as well as clean out the drain under the sink as there is a lot of debris. After cleaning out the pvc wye of all debris and installing new connections we tested our work and found no leaks. There will be a 90 day parts and labor warranty.

Toilet repair downstairs and lavatory stoppage. We cleared clog in the upstairs bath And tested to make sure drain was clear by run lots of hot water after clearing. We also replaced a broken flush handle on the downstairs half bath to get the toilet back up and running like it’s supposed to be. We also tightened up the bolts on both toilets seats, half bath downstairs and full bath upstairs, to get the seat to stop moving so much. On this after hours call I was sent to investigate a leak in the attic. During the investigation, I did find the wet area in the attic and there was no plumbing around this area. Further investigation concludes that the wetness in the attic is from an air conditioning issue. Both AC units have water and rust in the AC pans And I am recommending that a HVAC technician look at these units, which seemed to contain multiple issues. During this evaluation, I couldn’t help but notice that both water heaters were in extremely bad condition and I am recommending water heater replacements ASAP. I will write up an estimate to replace an upgrade the system there was no work done today and no other issues discussed.

Homeowner called us out for an issue regarding a constantly running toilet. Upon arrival and brief dialogue with the homeowner discovered that they are going out of town in about a week and did not want to have the idea of a toilet constantly wasting water for a two week. Period. I was shown to the master bathroom located in the back of the house and in this toilet we performed visual diagnostics however we cannot re-create the constantly running water so a diet test was performed and a very very small leak was visible. We were able to finally recruit the costly running water and determine that the flapper seal had gone bad. Multiple estimates were created for this job due to this being a master bathroom and upgrade of the toilet is recommended to help reduce risk of any other parts going bad along with higher porcelain that will be easier to clean and stronger not only will accomplish these items. They will also serve as a higher toilet to make it easier to stand up and sit down on.

This jet will only be for the Thai section heading to the guest house this due to there being a belly in the system that the customer is aware of from our previous JD evaluation after fully jetting we will camera to confirm everything is now in proper working order no warranty on drain cleaning/clearing services. Called out for Jd plumbing evaluation. Upon arrival I was met at the door. The homeowner declined the plumbing evaluation at this time due to she is sick. They requested I just flush the water heater located in the garage. I flushed it out. There was a little dirt that came out at the start of the flush. I then ran the sewer camera. I noticed some build up where the kitchen drain line meets the main drain line. The homeowner mentioned there is a clean out cap on the side of the house for the kitchen sink only. I ran the sewer camera through the kitchen clean out and there is some buildup. I recommend to the homeowner. We run a jet to clear the drain line to prevent any future stoppage is. Homeowner agrees. We hydro scrubbed the kitchen and main drain line. All is clean job completed. Jd precision plumbing will provide a 30 day warranty for stoppage only.

Arrived at job to discover customer concerns regarding low water, pressure at the right side sink in the master in the master shower. After diagnosing these issues, we found that the aerator was clogged on the sink which we will replace with a new aerator, and the showerhead had some debris built up behind the aerator, which we cleaned out after fixing both these issues.
